Scope: Black Snow were asked to update and implement content changes to the Truworths Fashion, YDI and Identity Facebook Fan Pages to increase functionality.
Client Profile: Truworths is one of South Africa’s leading fashion retailers, with over 250 stores in South Africa and 14 franchise operations in Africa and the Middle East.
Solution: Our developers set up content and page rules to each Facebook fan page to allow for a greater fan / facebook member experience. This included news feeds, updated about the groups latest fashion ranges, competitions, memberships, twitter links and more.
Conclusion: Truworths were most complementary on the outcome and our exceptional turnaround times. With our client top of mind we are being proactive and proposing taking these sites to the next level which is a FBML structure. This allows HTML, Flash, Video, Audio, Images to create a dynamic interactive Fan Page. A micro-site within a Fan Page so to speak. We are very excited about the possibilities!
